Acceptance of terms

By using the Wishlist app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

Permitted use

Use the app for private, non-commercial purposes

Create wishlists and share them with others

Follow other users and comment on their lists

Upload images that you own the rights to

Illegal content or links

Spam, advertising, or commercial abuse

Harassment, bullying, or hate speech

Depictions or threats of violence

Sexual or pornographic content

Copyright infringement (images or text belonging to others)

Manipulating the app or bypassing security measures

Creating multiple accounts

Your account

You are responsible for your password and all activity under your account.

You may only have one account per person.

You must be at least 13 years old.

Violations may result in your account being suspended or deleted.

Banned users may not re-register.

Content & copyright

Your content: You retain all rights to your content.

Licence: By uploading, you allow us to display your content within the app.

Public wishlists can be seen and shared by other users.

Only upload images you have the rights to use.

We may remove inappropriate content at any time.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

We do not guarantee the app will be error-free.

We are not liable for data loss — please create backups.

We are not responsible for content posted by other users.

Availability & changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the app at any time.

Features may be added or removed.

Maintenance may cause temporary outages.

You will be informed about major changes within the app.

Termination & account deletion

By you: You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

By us: We may suspend accounts for violations without prior notice.

Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

Reporting violations

Use the Report button within the app for inappropriate content.

Or send us an email — we review every report and take action.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be announced within the app. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Place of jurisdiction is the operator's place of residence.
